All teams
MUST provide the following at registration:
1. Laminated Player and Coaches Passes
2. Medical Releases
3. Loan Player Forms
4. Travel
Papers (if traveling from outside of Nevada)

u5-u6 max 14 players (5 guest players)
u7-u10 max 14 players (5 guest players)
u11-16 max 18 players (5 guest players)
u17-19 max 22 players (18 per match)(5 guest
players)
*Teams using guest players are still limited to the max player rule.
Schedules
All teams are guaranteed (3) matches
u10 & younger and (4) matches u11 & older (weather permitting). Bracket size for each age group will determine
format for semi-finals and finals where applicable. Single age brackets will be used where possible. The tournament committee
will determine brackets.
Game lengths:

u9 thru u10= 50min / ball #4 / 8

u11 thru u13= 60min / ball #4 / 11 players

FORFEITS & BYES
Games will be scored 1-0. Winners will be awarded 3pts. Teams
failing to report ready to play within (10) minutes of the schedule kick-off time will forfeit. (Tournament Committee may
allow more time.)Home teams unable to supply alternate jerseys or teams failing to check-in at the Mandatory Registration
or for taking actions that cause a game to be terminated will forfeit. Byes will be scored the same as forfeits. TOURNAMENT
COMMITTEE reserves the right to make decisions to better the games.
UNLIMITED SUBSTITUTION
1. Prior to your throw-ins

Important Discipline Rules
RED CARDS: Ejection of current match and the following match. 1 point will be deducted from team.
TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE reserves the right to withhold player passes and could result in fines no more
than 50% of the team's registration fees for fighting, foul language, spitting, ect. Any coach RED carded risks tournament
banishment. Coaches are responsible for their TEAMS, FANS and CHECK-INS. If TEAMS, PARENTS AND FANS are involved
in a fight ( on and off the field ), it will result in withholding player passes, notifying propper State and League affiliates
and Fines up to 100% of the team's registration fee.
Abandonment
Game will be based on the score at the time. If REF. deems one team responsible, the score will be scored 1-0 and
the guilty team will have (3) pts. deducted from their total.
Home
and Visiting Teams
Home teams will be listed first on the schedule. Home
teams must wear their LIGHTEST color jerseys and change in case of a color conflict. Visiting teams MUST wear their darkest
color jerseys.
Inclement Weather
Tournament
matches will be played in all weather conditions, unless the Refs. determine the conditions to be dangerous and/or life
threatenning as per FIFA/USYSNV regulations. The tournament Committee will do everything in their control to make sure all
the matches are played, however, if it is out of their control, the Tournament Standings at the time will be final without
refund.
Contingency Plan:
a. All matches will be played as
scheduled
b. Shorten all first round matches to 15 minute halves
c.
Shorten all Semi-Finals
d. Shorten all Finals
e. If fields
become to hazardous and the City of Las Vegas deems to dangerous to play, the games will be decided by FIFA Penalty Kicks.

Played under the FIFA, USYSA AND USYSNV adjustments
for your competition. FIFA "LAWS OF THE GAME" and of the USYSA shall apply. ALL DECISIONS BY THE TOURNAMENT
COMMITTEE ARE FINAL AND THE COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER THE FORMAT TO ENHANCE FAIR PLAY & SAFETY. THERE
WILL BE NO PROTEST OR APPEALS.
